New 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Revealed at NAIAS 2018

Look out Ford truckers! Eight all-new 2019 Chevrolet Silverado trucks have rolled into town for the 2018 Detroit Auto Show.

The Silverado LT Trailboss dropped in Fort Worth, Texas last month, and now see seven more trucks to choose from—one for every day of the week.

The eight new 1500 models will be followed by another big reveal in March of the Silverado 4500 HD and 5500HD biggies in Indianapolis.

The fourth-generation of Chevy’s number one truck gets a bolder look, new platform, more tech—but not enough to scare the old timers—and several powertrain and transmissions options.

Although the show doesn’t kick off until Monday, there are a couple event scheduled to take place tonight. One of the biggest is actually happening in a few moments.

That would be the launch of the all-new Chevrolet Silverado.

As the pick-up truck wars have gotten even more intense in the past couple of years, the all-new Silverado has no choice but to step up its game. Though it is the second-best selling vehicle in America right now, the gap is wiiide between it and the Ford F-150.

Can General Motors turn it around?
