GTA Spano Unveiled

The Spanish manufacturer GTA chose the Geneva Motor Show to unveil the latest evolution of its ultra sports coupe Spano. The car is equipped with a new monocoque chassis that uses Kevlar, titanium, but also of graphene, a rare and expensive derived from graphite, which, until now, had never been used in the automotive industry.

The GTA Spano actually serves as a laboratory for the company Graphenano, based in Murcia in Spain, and is the small industrial partner GTA automotive group. Graphene, which was discovered in 2004 and was the subject of a Nobel Prize, has the distinction of being very light but also very durable. In terms of mechanics, the model features a V10 twin turbo 8000 cc develops 925 hp and a torque of 1220 Nm! It is associated with a robotised gearbox with seven reports. Equipped in this way, the Spano literally pulverizes 0 to 100 km / h in just 2.9 seconds, while its top speed is 370 km / h!Finally, design side, there are few differences from the first Spano, except the air intakes before, now more impressive, and the hood who is pierced more frankly.
