On the occasion of the Essen Motor Show, Ford Performance has introduced a brand new range of accessories dedicated to its favorite models, namely Ford Focus ST and RS, Fiesta ST and Mustang. This equipment will be available in Europe and has been tested and approved at the Ford Test Center based in Lommel, Belgium, then on the famous Nürburgring. These new pieces have also been developed in collaboration with Roush, Borla, KW and Remus.
Regarding the small Fiesta and Focus, they can be equipped with new rims with ten branches ranging from 17 to 19 inches. There is also a rather nice accessory for the Focus RS with an aluminum electronic brake called “Drift Stick” which was developed in collaboration with Ken Block. What to take for the king of the Gymkhana, once the mode “Drift”engaged on his Focus RS.
For the Ford Mustang, Ford Performance incorporates new adjustable coil springs to lower the ride height by 40 millimeters. A stainless steel exhaust line made by Borla also integrates the catalog. This can be equipped with chrome exhaust outlets or in gloss black finish. It\’s also the Mustang that benefits the most from new features with a new short shifter with carbon knob for models equipped with the six-speed manual transmission. On the mechanical side a “Mustang GT Performance Calibration Power Pack” will allow the V8 5.0 liters to shift the switch at 7500 rpm. A supercharger developed in partnership with Roush Performance will also increase the horsepower of the engine to 600 horsepower.
