The Mitsubishi Outlander is one of the first plug-in hybrid SUV market and 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Redesign, Mitsubishi has mainly worked to rethink the aesthetics of the Outlander. The Japanese manufacturer was inspired by the S PHEV concept presented it a few months ago at the Paris Mondial to make this restyling. The standard Outlander will go on sale in the US in June and will continue using the same powertrain as the current model. SEL and GT versions of the car will be equipped witih Mitsubishi’s advanced safety systems including Forward Collision Mitigation, Lane Departure Warning and Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC).

The company says its sales were up nearly 25% in 2014 versus 2013 – the highest percentage increase in the US market. Just imagine how big that increase could have been if its dealers hadthe Outlander PHEV available for customers to buy in 2014?
